GREEN LIGHT - R&D    (Ride and Drive)
Subject to ALL arbitration policies.
Any single mechanical item over $400
No mileage limitation.

WHITE LIGHT – L&D (Lower Motor & Drive Train)
Vehicles sold L&D are ONLY guaranteeing the following:
Lower motor (Rods & Main Bearings)
Transmission (4x2, 4x4 or otherwise)
Differential or CV joints (FWD) > $100

RED LIGHT - As Is
Buyer beware.  Vehicles sold “As Is” are subject to arbitration for:
Frame Damage
Flood Damage
Odometer Problems
Municipal Vehicles
Replaced Vin’s
Missing Airbags
Other federally required announcements

BLUE LIGHT - T/A     (Title Attached)
Vehicle is T/A have no title present that day. 
Titles must be presented within 30 days or sale may be rejected,
unless delays beyond 30 days are announced during sale.

YELLOW LIGHT - Warning/Defect/Announcement
All federally required announcements
Incorrect odometer reading, broken, exceeds mechanical limits, odometer in kilometers
Engine changed from diesel to gas
Engine changed to prior year
Catalytic converters removed
Gas tank necks punched
Emission equipment removedDelay on title beyond 30 days
Paint work (3 or more panels) on current model year (7 days to report)
Vehicle unsafe to drive
No A/C on 2003 & newer vehicles
2 wheel drive on all sport utility vehicles
(Does NOT apply to pickup trucks)

MISCELLANEOUS

If a vehicle is pushed or towed, it is automatically As-Is and is not arbitratable for any reason including frame, flood or odometer problems.

If a vehicle is sold with a jump box under the hood, the vehicle must be sold As-Is.

Any sale transaction that has to be rewritten due to a change in title status will be subject to a $25 rewrite fee charged to the seller.

Vehicles are arbitratable under Green or White lights, if a vehicle is overheating, and cannot be road tested.

Additional Notes
*          Auction doesn’t arbitrate based solely on illumination of dash lights. (ABS, air bag, etc.)  Auction can investigate light problems to determine if problem exists.  Arbitration, in its sole discretion, will make a determination after investigation.
*          You cannot arbitrate a vehicle for visual defects like smoke.
*          Any vehicle altered with the suspension or frame, lowered or raised, may not be arbitrated for frame damage related to the raising or lowering of vehicle.
*          Vehicles Bought with Major Damage History are bought with Frame, Flood, & Salvage History.
*          A $35 arbitration fee may be charged at the sole discretion of the Auction to the BUYER for all unsuccessful arbitrations.  The decision of the arbitrator is final and binding.
*          Buyers who submit their vehicles for inspection are entitled to arbitration if they submit the inspection request within one hour of purchase.  This remains true regardless of how long the inspection and any subsequent examination by the Arbitration staff may take.
*          Buyers may not bring back a unit on Wednesday that was purchased prior to that sale day unless verbal authorization from auction staff is given.

Sellers - Must Announce Following Conditions
Vehicles 10 years old and older - sold True Miles Unknown!

FRAME DAMAGE, TITLE INFORMATION, AND INCORRECT ODOMETERS MUST BE ANNOUNCED AND REPRESENTED ACCURATELY ON ALL VEHICLES REGARDLESS OF PRICE OR LIGHTS
